approval of floor plan

Q: In Amrapali siliconcity ,my flat No.is U-1505,which is not having Noida authority approved floor plan,thus disbursement of chaque from IDBI bank is blocked....please guide me how can i get rid off this problem? Amrapali is not giving me any written asurance.I called up several times to the concerned dept. & mailed also,but no [positive response in written...everybody is saying ho jayega....don't know how long i have to wait for the same?
