I have heard about After ICICI, HDFC offers home loan scheme with fixed rates ..can someone brief me on this ? Is the scheme exactly the same ?

Q: fixed-interest-rate home loan scheme was launched by ICICI recently in august. Now the buzz is about HDFC doing the same.Has anyone explored about it ?

Hey, HDFC has recently unveiled its fixed rate plans on September 5th. Under their scheme, for house loans, they offer fixed rate plans for the first 3 to 5 years. Thereafter, it is shifted to Adjustable rate plans for home loans. Visit their website to know the facts and figures in detail.
