The current rate in Isha Yara is approximately 33 lakhs depending on the area. Regarding giving your flat as serviced apartment, you mite have to talk to the future Isha Yara association, if it would be possible or not.

The current rate in Isha Yara in Medavakkam is 22 lakhs approx in Phase 1 depending upon what is the area of your apartment. Phase 1 provides 2 BHK apartments ranging from 794 - 932 sqft area and 3 BHK apartments ranging from 1091 - 1448 sqft area.
