The concept is coming up in all cities and not only in metros. The demand for such projects is increasing which is boosting the confidence of developers. Apart from being environment sensitive, buyers are also looking at the economical aspect of a green building. Naturally lit, ventilated and designed for climate are few of green house features which you can look for yourself in an apartment.
