Is there any initiatives to improve condition of Highways in Lucknow?

Q: The condition of our Highways in Lucknow is very bad due to heavy rainfall. Will our CM or Civic agencies will improve the condition of road as this is one of the important road for connecting to Delh-NCR.

According to a news source, UP CM Mayawati said the state government had sought Rs 30 crore but the Central Government has not released any amount till date. Therefore, CM Mayawati has written Prime Minister on the bad condition of Highways in Lucknow and enclosed DVDs of the damaged roads to stress her point.

Hi Abhishek,

Nice to hear this question from you and as a resident of Lucknow, me too concerned with this issue. Is there any effort made to improve this pathetic conditions of our road especially Highways in Lucknow. After every monsoon, the road condition is going more and more worse. will there be an end for such roads? Will these pathetic condition is known to any Ministers who are flying in air?
