Will Chennai become a garbage free city?

I am staying in Chennai from past 2 yrs and we are facing the problem of unattended grabage near the residential sites, people could not breath properly because of the smell of burning garbage near their house and people are very concerned about their health and the environment created by dumping garbage in front of their homes. Places like Thiruvottiyur and Kathivakkam are overflowing with the garbage. The people residing in Chennai complained not to burn the garbage but it was waste telling the municipal people. Due to less manpower the garbage could not be collected once in two days hence thwe system failed, so the Chennai Munipal Corporation is on high alert to clean the city for the goodness of the health of people of Chennai.
