Is the real estate is facing a tough time in Delhi?

Q: It came to our notice that the real estate is expected to slowdown which is a good opurtunity for the end user to buy a house. What is a better option to buy a constructed house or to buy an under constructed house?

It is an advantage that the present slowdown in the realty sector will help the end uses to own a house at competitive rates and it is possible to negotiate with the residential property developers. During festival seasons the developers also want to sell out the unsold stock to the earliest so they can start with their new project. There is an advantage of buying an under constructed apartment as we will get heavy discount rather than buying one which is already constructed.
