Will the below proverty line people in Chennai get the proper water supply?

Q: Is it true that the Chennai government is taking steps to serve the people below poverty line with the basic needs. What the government is going to do to fulfil the needs of the BPL people?

The Municipal Administration and Water supply are trying to solve the basic needs of the people who comes under the below poverty line by providing houses, proper water supply, drainage system, the one who already have ahouse will be provided with proper dumping pit, proper construction of toilets and water supply. The government is trying hard to make these BPL family survive and they are exception that the project will get completed withing a period of five years.
