Q: What is the use of launching real estate venture capital fund? How will it help the people?

LIC will raise the fund through its subsidiary, LICHF. It is planning to launch affordable projects for the serior citizens of all the state capital. It is said that they have already started the project in Bhubaneshwar and by next year they will start with the construction in Bangalore and Jaipur. The price range of the house will be in between 6-8 lakhs.
