i would be interested if it happens. Chennai had been very budget and conservative. I have not seen both the builders and consumers developing a taste for style and amenities. I would be happy to buy if there is one which is decent and provides value for money.

According to sources, Indo Geo City is soon going to implement the concept of bungalow apartment housing in the out skirts of the city. The project will comprise of 200 bungalow apartments and individual villas. The apartment will have 2 and 3 BHK's and the expected date of possession is by May 2012.
