Baby boomer's are people born between the years of 1946 to 1964. According to a study it is found that 30 percent of people do not want to sell their house and want to stay where they are dwelling and another 30 percent just want to renovate their house but not to sell and the rest of the 40 percent frequently want to change their houses. This concept is called baby boomer's
