Q: Recently an online portal has also been introduced for collecting garbage which offers door to door services and even the corporation is also coming up with the plan of starting door-to-door garbage collection. Which process going to work out in Chennai city?

I feel online portal is going to work because you can register online and avail the service for free of cost. If the residents are not paying for the garbage collecting people then the corporation with discontinue the service. Moreover the online services are there is many areas but door to door services is there only in ward 141 of T-nagar.

I think the residents will be satisfied only if the workers are regular and moreover cleanliness is maintained in a daily basis.
