Owners Group in commonfloor

Q: If the owner wants to Join the "Owners Group" Is there any verification mechanism by which you identify if he/she is indeed the real owner? I was just curious to know.

Glad to know your curious on joining Owners Group. In commonfloor an apartment community can be joined either an owner or resident (tenants) of the apartment. When you join the apartment community, your membership request will be sent to admin who verifies your information and approves your membership. Once you are approved member, you can get updates, discussion and even discuss your day-to-day issues in apartment with other apartment owners or residents. Thank you...
