Q: I am looking to rent a villa for a short period of six months (my children are studying at Indus and I want to be there till their finals).Will appreciate if you can send me the details of the property and the rent. Thanks.

my property is before Indus School its a gated community (Village Greens)with swimming pool club house etc It is probably a10 mins drive to Indus just after IBS (The management institute on the main road.) if you are interested call me on 9848241062

Hi
Rental agreement in India is for minimum 11 months and as per my knowledge no owners will go for month-to-month agreement. But you can go for License to live agreement where you can come up with mutual agreement with owner for letting his premise for rent for six month. I think you should contact the property owner or owners group for knowing the details of owner interested in License to live agreement. Thank you.
