Q: Stange! But why are the realty projects in metro cities getting delayed? Is there any recent news about this issue?

The major cities which are facing much delay in the project are like Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai. But Delhi has been marked as the worst performer in compare to Mumbai and Bangalore.

Really it sounds very strange. What I feel is that may be because of high property price the demand for the property is going down.
