Q: Are building contracts favoring builders more? Why are the property buyers blaming?

Mainly buyers are getting affected because of the delay in possession. The buyers ends up paying lot of extra money by the time they get possession on their flats. I do not think builders are getting much affected because hardly they will be paying Rs5-10 per square feet as penalty.
