Future appreciation.

Q: I invested 12 lakhs in Lorvens Paradise in Srisailam Highway in boom time. 400 sq.yds at 3000/- per sq.yd. Can anybody suggest the future of this investment?

Lorvens Paradise is located at Kandukur Mandal away from the hustle-bustle of city's life. It is a pollution-free zone and spread over 200 acres of land with over 2,000 plots. Now- a-days everyone is fed of traffic chaos and bottlenecks of a city life. I think investing in such a project will fetch better appreciation in the coming years.
