Hi Neeraj and Pankaj, this move of the government will definitely bring down the demand for apartments in Tamil Nadu. I came across a story in Commonfloor website related to this topic. If you are interested you can check this link- TNHB will construct residential apartments .

Hi Neeraj, TNHB is planning to construct above 5000 residential apartments for tenement purpose in Sholinganallur, Kancheepuram and other places in order to meet the demand for rentals.
