Q: Hi all, I heard that recession in America effected a tenant in Delhi. How was that tenant effected?

Hi Deva it actually happened like this- A landlord has rented his property to a tenant. His sons returned from America due to recession and wanted to settle down here and were in need of the tenented property, but the tenant refused to vacate. Later court gave judgment in favour of the land-owner making the tenant to leave.
