Quick approvals for projects.

Q: The builders are demanding for an easier procedure for getting quick approval for the real estate projects. Is there any initiative taken by the government for considering the demand?

It was a long term demand from the builders association to make the approval process easier and faster. Hope now it will be sorted out.

The committee will be headed by the former head of the Competition Commission of India. His main responsibility will be to set up a systematic way through which any developer will get the clearance much faster.
