Q: What will happen to those projects whose lands were bought illegally in past?

Scrutiny of documents is going on now. Once the illegal transactions are revealed then action will be taken on whoever involved.

Several officers are also involved in these cases Ankush.. Around 40 colonisers are reported to be involved in those illegal transactions.

How did they get permission to do such things? What was govt. doing till now?

The commission headed by High Court judge D P Sood has pointed out all cases of illegal land deals in Himachal Pradesh. The govt is planning to take action on them.

Hi Ankush, the commission investigated on the issue suggested to vest those lands which has violated the transaction rule.
