Dear Owners, I do have some questions on the featherlite developers Vaikuntam Projects. If any one see this message, please respond. We can discuss.

Q: I need to discuss regarding the site boundary for the Featherlite Vaikuntam project. My questions are
1) Is there going to be a common way for the sterling apartments(which is behind the akshaya homes) people to be used?
2)If so then how can the people who has booked in vaikuntam projects can use the car in a comfortable?
3)Is there going to be compoun wall or fence. I beleive in a gated community normally having a compound wall is better.

please respond. I do have many other questions to be discussed.

Hi, i think that the residents association should take up the matter... a gated community should always have boundary wall and security... hope this matter is resolved at the earliest..

whenever you buy a large size flats ,you must enquire the OSR and the road connecting the OSR. OSR land must directly connected to the public road or else the way connecting the osr must be handed over to local authority.please enquire .no body can stop entering to the osr and its way.

Now they build compound wall between sterling and vaikuntam . all the issues cleared from Vaikuntam. They showed there standard and brand image. I Inverse in it and getting good rental return. Worth to money.
When I do analysis they are giving product in reasonable price.
Thank you -Featherlite Developers. For any doubt pls feel free to contact me : 8525-999-000

Bloody brand image they got..the neighbours have neatly demolished it. Staying here is like staying in middle of a road. Already burglar attempts reported in C block. Stay away guys

thanks for the post , i was about to book a home here in vaikuntam , after seeing this review i went and checked whether it is gated community or not and seems like there is no compound on one side and the road inside has been shared by sterling apartments and there is no safety , any public passing through that road can enter and not worth buying it.

Hai,
I had enquired with marketing team head. And he is very sure, there will not be any compound wall between the side road and our project. Because this will not allow the C block owner to park their vehicle in car park. And also there are claiming that they never mentioned anywhere that this property is gated community.
Thanks
