Very bad experiance from Pearl Globle Arena Naigoan.

Q: I have booked a 1bhk flat in Naigoan Pearls Globle Arena, according to them there first slab is on December but there is no progress at all, I applied for cancellation of my flat, and return my money back , but from last two month they are not returning my money return my money and also not giving proper reason. So what to do?

I heard that the project is still under construction and it is about to get completed by the end of 2013.
