Feedback on the builder

Q: Please let me know if anybody has purchased flats in RSK housing Navalur. Also kindly let me know if anybody is having issues with builder?

The project "Orchid Garden" by RSK is located at Navalur, Chennai. A total of about 136 residential units is planned to be constructed and the residential units are to come up in 5 blocks. The units are available in 677 to 1334 SQFT size. The rate per SQFT is Rs.2950/sqft**. The total rate will be around 19.97 to 35.42

RSK housing is one of the reputed builder in the real estate. They have completed project in Chennai and RSK Orchid Garden is one of the ongoing project. RSK Orchid Garden is approved by DTCP.
