Bore well which was laid around 15 days back.

Q: Hello All, We have been communicated in various forums that we need to go for an additional bore well to meet the water shortages. Also we also know pretty well the date of boring...We appreciate the amount we saved for the rig and Surprisingly, What is the fun in digging the bore well a fortnight back and leaving it without a pipeline & motor.. Infact, we are ending up paying 7000/- per day for drawing extra manjeera water amounting to 84000/- till date.. Pls help me understand if the respective team will bear the said amount due to delay in laying the pipeline.?
