Rain water seeping through windows on 14th floor

Q: I'm the owner of 2BHK on 14th floor of Pearl block. Tenants complained that during recent heavy rains, water seeped through the windows and caused some damage.
Anyone else facing same problem? Appreciate if you could suggest any solution for the same. Thanks in advance...

You can take with the association of the project and can rectify the damages and the water seeped through the windows.
