Q: What should be the most competitive price for Splended square, lohgaon when they are asking for 3200/Sq.Ft. which is much more than the area wise.

It is primarily known for the Pune International Airport, a domestic and international airport may be for that reason the rates are higher compare to the other area

Hi Sharad, The builder itself is quoting the rate per square feet, you can try to negotiate with the builder if you are planning to buy a flat in the same.
