Actually car parking is meant to be free.. It has to be given for all flat buyers of the project by the builder... But many are charging and making it a business..

Hi Raj, just giving you some info.. Along with registration charges there will also be service tax, Stamp duty, Vat, car parking, amenities, etc..

Car parking cost depends on the builder how much he is charging. You can talk with the builder for all the payment details.
