Hey Richa, Cochin need to be reconstructed as a planned city in order to get rid of the issues like traffic, pollution etc. And that process is in progress with the Cochin Metro also.

Anyone here heard Metro rail project was delayed due to land acquisition hurdles, the state government had allowed Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL) to purchase land directly from the owners.
