Do you think the land ownership and usage laws in India are outdated?

Q: According to you, which state tops the list in procedural delays? Are we going to see some changes in land and urban development laws in India?
We have questions, now is the time to get answers from the decision makers. At the 5th GIREM Leadership Summit such issues will be addressed. Be there! October 18-19, 2012, New Delhi.
