Q: According to you, which state tops the list in procedural delays? Are we going to see some changes in land and urban development laws in India?

The delays are more in Metros compared to tier 2 and 3 cities..

It mainly depends on the political parties and higher authorities to change the system..

Hi, I feel you are right. I too feel that the whole system of land ownership and laws needs some change. But I know it doesn't happen easily.

I am not sure which state stands first. But in Karnataka, approval delay has been observed in many cases. Getting various approvals is the main reason for delay.
