Q: I have booked two flats of 2BHK (SW203 and 204). I visited there and found a network of 4" plastic LATRINE PIPES on the top in BATHROOMS in hanging position. What happen if it leaks? Is there any option to remove/shifts PIPE NETWORK?

Hi, The current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 4320/sq-ft, for a 2BHK in 995 sq-ft. Rajarhat and Gopalpur Municipal Corporation has approved this project and all the leading banks and financial institutions are funding.

Hi, Even i am facing the same issue and now they are charging maintenance at Rs. 2.5/sq feet which is highest in kolkata for LIG and MIG flats. When we asked for accounts they started to deny.After a group of people approached to MD, he agreed for give their accounts. The actual rate was 1.3-1.4 as discussed with residents and balance they were taking to their own pocket. Rs. 2500/month plus service tax seems to be very expensive when club is not ready, no intercom, No STB, no drains, No parks etc.. 2500 just to give water, electricity and security is too high and a clear cut case of cheating innocent residents.
Hi Alokesh When u met MD alogwith grp of ppl n wht they told u after actual rate disclosed ? r they agreed on rs1.2 -1.3 as M/charge instead of 2.5 + tax without clb ,park intercom etc.......?
i dont know about other company's flat but siddha town is not a reliable builder. I am also a resident here and faced problems every day. its seems buying flat here was the worst decision i made in life
Hi Swarup ,can u tell me possession of SWAN block as per agreement ,actually my papers r with bank so i don't know ? I know that Siddha town delayed to give possession &hence i want to put penalty clause .
Hi JAYANTA, I am Swarup, I have also booked a flat in swan 305 but I had once mailed Bhumi Bhatia regarding this problem but she never replied. As well as has a talk with sales and handover team of Siddha they told me that nothing can be done no conceal will be provided. This can create leakage problem in future.
There are many issues that I am facing but no solution from the siddha team they are very rigid with things done cannot be altered or changed.
Sure..They have already send me the possession letter but things doesn't seem to be complete and habitual, Have you received the possession letter? Let me know.

No i haven't taken the handover yet. But have done the registration last month.. I am as well looking for a forum where the residents or the owners can interact.
I have done REG this month bt nt tkn handover .I m also looking for a owner's forum . On 25th Aug their was a meeting btwn Siddha Mgt & residents of S/Town regarding maint. charges. Mgt asking for Rs 2/sq ft & residents r pressing for Rs 1.80/sq ft ,bt i couldn't get the outcomes of meeting .If u get plz tl me & about forum also.
Hi... I agree with Mr. Sankalp, even in my apartment we have similar type of pipe network in which the latrine pipes are passing through my ceiling and going to the duct outside. But I would suggest Mr.Sarkar to talk to the site engineer once and confirm the quality of pipes and the probability of the leakage.
Hello Mr.Sarkar.. in apartments this type of pipe networks is commonly seen.. I am also living in apartment and I have never suffered the leakage problem. Please ask your builder if he is getting you the false ceiling done.
