Q: Hi all, I heard that plot sales in Bihar has increased.. What are the factors that lead to hike?

One more reason for decrease in apartment bookings is that amenities offered in cities like Patna are less and not very attractive.

It is mainly because most of the developers are interested in investing in metro cities than in Patna as they get high profits in bigger cities.

But the registration of apartments has come down greatly over the last two years.. why is it so?

Bihar has earned Rs. 653.51 crore as revenue from the sale and purchase of land and apartments this time..
