Want to know about Service tax and VAT rate?

Q: I purchased a plot along with constructing a house in a gated community in Hyderabad. What is the Service tax and VAT rate applicable for the house. Thanks in advance

To get the appropriate calculation of Vat and Service tax you can take advice from your legal expert or lawyer.

Service Tax would be 4.12% of the total considered value.

Normally 1% VAT is calculated and collected at the time of Registering Sale Deed.
