Q: Hi, I own a 3 bhk flat in Abhilash, near Nirma University. It is 1980 sq.ft., located in Block B, on the fourth floor, facing the main road. Thank you Menon, how about the payment plan? And any bank loan available?
vikas

the cost and service tax is fully paid up. the new buyer has only to bear the documentation + AUDA + Electricity expenses charged by the builder at the time of taking possession. NO BANK LOAN but self financed. If you are seriously interested, pls contact me. I am looking for a buyer for the reason that I had booked a twin bunglow in bopal and i need finance to square up the account before taking its possession. bye
