Time frame for building and residing in Meadows

Q: Hello, when do you guys think Meadows will have people building houses and living there? Is the water problem there a reality or a rumor? I am interested in buying, builder is quoting Rs 1300 for east facing Odd sites. Any suggestion?

Upkar meadows common floor group recently discussed about group construction and some group members expressed interest in construction.but post that discussion but i did not see any action , even I own a Plot there.

Guys I can see 4 house construction started in this lay out. I visited my site yesterday and I can see 4 house coming up. I have enquired the people and all 4 got water at boar well easily. even I am planning to start construction. We can implement rain water harvesting once we settled there to maintain water levels

I would suggest you to invest in this project asap.. There are 2 plots listed in this website, you can click plots for sale to see those listings..

For people to start living there, as per my expectation it would at least take 3 years..

Hi Arindam Kar, I heard the rate per sq ft is around Rs 1200-1250.. May be you can negotiate to that rate..

Thanks Rajiv, will do that. In any case, I decided not to take the odd site for the time being. Also looking for resale property in the same area.
