Yup....Balwinder, Acoording to Times of India, East Ahmedabad has turned into a hotbed of activities for commercial property with several landmarks such as old mills and movie theatres are being replaced with commercial schemes.
The real estate markets in east Ahmedabad are unorganized and parking is a major concern for the residents. So the new generation of wholesale sellers in this part of the city wants to expand and needs better facilities. Redevelopment is the only solution that will ensure modern infrastructure in the city.
