Dear Friends....This project has issues more than what meet the eyes.....we are in the process of collecting documents under RTI to find more....will update more shortly.....

Friends legal advise is the best way to tackle this builder issues in India. These builders have to give compensation for delays and even tho this is not going to satifsy the buyers, this will be some relief. These builders also go abroad to other countries to trap unsuspecting NRIs. I guess they do not have time to leave their jobs to give case in the courts here.

We heard that a lot of folks got trapped with this project and the builder is never responsding to questions on completion. Time these subject is sent to leagel for justice. This looked like a good project and hope this builder does not end up like Apple.

Yes. For years now the project looks the same externaly. It must be moving at a snails pace. The project website shows the interiors are almost over but from outside this looks like a war zone. First we saw the Park board but now this is also removed!! God alone knows what is happening in God's own country.
