I cancelled the flat booked but I am not getting refund

Q: Dear Sir, I am Abhijit Bhatt. I had given Rs. 14 lacs (including Rs. 1 lacs cheque) for the flat in Binori Sonnet some months ago. And at that time I had booked flat G-402 in this scheme. But due to uneven circumstances I had to cancel this flat and some 3 or 4 months ago I informed Mr. Rajubhai and Mr. Shantilal regarding this. At that time they assured me that they will refund all the money whenever the flat will be sold.

Much time has passed but I am not getting refund. I also met Mr. Raju and Mr. Shantilal for many times before Diwali and after Diwali. I also met Mr. Raju for the same. But I am still not getting any satisfactory answer from their side. So, I kindly request you to do needful and give the refund as soon as possible. Thanks and regards, Abhijit Bhatt
