Regardign Smashan Bhumi (Hindu Crematorium)

Q: As everyone knows, Mont Vert Vesta is right next door to Smashan Bhumi (Hindu Crematorium). Has anyone invested in this community (despite knowing the fact about Smashan Bhumi)?

Ok here is the answer from the the Owner of the Mont Vert. I just came across these comment while looking for something.
Mont Vert Vesta is located on a 30 mt wide sanctioned RP road. The entry you see near the smashan bhumi is not Vesta entry. Mont Vert is 1.2 km down on that road. at least 20 other land owners are in between. The board near smashanbhumi is a direction board only.

Mont Vert Vesta is a grand project. It is spread over 20 acres of sprawling space in the bountiful region of Pirangut, Pune West and offers privacy and security as desired by you. I do not think Smashan Bhumi will be a problem.
