Q: I believe the Security Guards should have a (Name Batch + Block) on their uniform. This way when you speak to any of the security guards for any issues/help etc and if the response is not good, we can report it to the office with the name of that security guard.Does this sound logical?

Hi Bhavin, You can talk with the apartment management about the misbehave of the security guard.
