Alert warning about Mr. Vijay Kumar ex Tata housing employee

Q: Dear all owners,
I am sharing with you my experience with one Mr. Vijaykumar,ex-employee of Tata Housing in Aquila Heights who has been checked out of Tata Housing for some alleged malpractices done by him .He has now taken up liaisoning work.
He contacts Aquila Heights owners over phone/mobile often for undertaking services.
I learn from Tata Housing that he is not allowed entry into Aquila Heights.
Knowing nothing of these, in urgency and paucity of time, I gave him Rs. 4000 with the relevant papers to be submitted to the electricity Department for the name change over in last week of October, 2012.Till date and up to the time of writing this, he has not done anything.

So, I request all the members and all the owners, NOT TO ENGAGE HIM FOR ANY SORT OF SERVICES YOU MAY REQUIRE, PLEASE.
