Q: I heard that some changes have been made with respect to construction of additional floors. What is it exactly? In what way it will be useful?

Yes the norms have been changed slightly by the government for reducing effort and time of owners.. The owners of the third floor in a flat in Delhi will not have to get no-objection certificate- NOC from the owners of the other floors to expand the third floor.
