Q: Hi, I have observed that many townships are coming up in Delhi nowadays.. I do not understand whether there is demand for such projects are not. What will be the future of townships in Delhi or any other cities? Post your opinions on this.

Now a days, township and real estate business is increasing very fastly in Delhi & other cities. The township is good for all because the population ratio is increasing in Delhi & other cities. People like living in cities.

Good question Vidya.. It is true that there are numerous townships coming up in all major cities. But we have to observe one thing. All kinds of projects have their own target group of buyers. In busy areas and old areas of Delhi, where do builders find land chunks for developing townships? So obviously in that case they prefer building apartment projects and in outskirts where there is land available, then they promote townships.
