Hi Rituraj..the owners of underdeveloped land can retain a part in the same developed site. On whole this concept of land pooling will not only help to develop pooled land but also facilitates owners with a well developed and bigger site with higher prices than earlier. And if the land contributed is not an underdeveloped land then the owners are compensated some or the other way.
Hi Manohar..can the owners retain their part of land contributed..?? If this concept is applied in various states then definitely there must a benefit to the owners.
Hello Gireesh..Land pooling is great scheme nowadays opted by many states. This concept will allow owners of underdeveloped adjoining lands to come together and pool their land. And then this pooled land can be used for constructing public facilities like roads, parking, green spaces and others.
