Q: Villa#107 - I thank all the people involved in starting this forum and also those who are utilizing the same. We will all find it very beneficial. My name is Mangu Jagannadha Rao. I am an IT professional working abroad for the last 22 years. I am relocating back to Hyderabad in June/2013 and will be a part of the living community at InduAryna. I am going back take a sabbatical/semi-retirement mode of life. I can help the Indu Aryna community members by providing them front-end-services like 'care-taking' of their villas and gardens etc. Being a non-resident for a reasonably long time, I am aware of the problems of NRIs in maintaining and protecting their properties in home country. I also have some properties in Gachibowli (Hi-tech City) and also in the main city and hence I have hands-on experience in facing the issues in the past.
