Yamuna expressway has been bringing excellent connectivity, great development and investment potential to Agra. Yamuna express way was started in April 2012. Due to it, onie can go from Agra to Delhi within just 2 hours. making the city witness structural changes with improved road networks and civic planning. Residential projects are offering good value appreciation year after year. There are many upcoming projects which offer good realty growth.

The rate per square meter for properties in Agra is approximately RS 15,000. I think Agra has to undergo much more development, as of now it is not a great place to invest in. So I sugegst you to look for Delhi or NCR region for better investment.

Yes, definitely the Yamuna expressway will have its impact on real estate. Once it is ready, the connectivity will improve and that will enable more and more people to come and invest in Agra. Being a tourist place, Agra will be having high rates, and it may continue to stay so..

There are a number of good projects going on in Agra currently. The Triveni Group has accomplished its township project of Triveni Orchid Tower, while Parsvnath group are offering good discounted prices in their multiple projects including Parsvnath Panchvati and Parsvnath Prernai. Agra has been a traditional market and it is currently undergoing a transition period with the apartment culture catching up. The good work of the Yamuna expressway is making the city witness structural changes with improved road networks and civic planning. Residential Apartments are already giving 8 to 10% returns on year and things are only likely to get better.

Agra has great influx of tourists around the year due to its historical landmarks and the Taj Mahal. The opening of the Yamuna expressway has definitely increased property prices right from Noida, greater Noida right up to Agra. Noida Authority had recently increaed the circle rates from January 2013 making property prices in greater Noida witness an increase of almost 25-40 per cent. It is only a matter of time that such spike will happen in the Agra real estate market as well. Deeksha Builders latest offering Deeksha KCR Township on Gwalior Road and Ansal Township near Shamshabad Road are offering good residential apartments.
