Q: Will the banks/LIC House Finance give loan for Plot?Probably if we won't be able to construct a house within 3/5 years or so, if not what are the options?
I think looking at your situation , you should go for ready apartment or house, or i think , go for builders, who will give you the plot but they will construct it . In that case you can have your possession after few years.
My suggestion is do not go for a plot , i your are not playing to construct now. Because , a barren plot may cause you many problems in future, more over if you construct after so many years, you will not hve a perfect idea of the future returns which is more imp.
Before you decide , i think you should first decide, how much you wanna take loan and how much ytou going to pay from your pocket. Now that you can only decide after you decide on the plot and how much area you want. So decide first your maximum amount and then make a option of 50-50 or 60-40
You should g for LIC, because , when you already have some investment it is always better to take loan from there rather than having a new tension in mind.
Hi, Mr Verma, i think you should go for loan for the plot first then take loan for building house. Because taking half half loan is easy and more compatible. Few Good banks you can have option are, HDFC and AXIS are good and you can trust the banks.
