Hi it is good to see such initiatives taken by GHMC..and yes one can only report head office if the unsolved complaint is first registered at zone or circle level to Zonal Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners. For every complaint, a receipt will be generated with the number. These unsolved and computerized complaints will have weekly review which will check for the explanation and solution provided.
@ Santosh..GHMC has come up with a solution..they have launched a programme named “Praja Vani ”at their head office in Hyderabad .This programme will help citizens to interact with commissioner and other senior officers. This programme will be held every Monday between 10 a.m to 1 p.m.
Hey Ravinder..if they are failing to resolve the civic issue problems of the citizens, then have thye thought of any other alternative..?? I heard that more than thousand complaints are pending. The civic body must soon take some serious action to settle down all problems.
Yes Amreesh..GHMC started this call centre on this new year. The call center received on average 500 problems a day. But they failed to resolve many of them within the stipulated time of 48 hrs. Many complaints are pending to be resolved.
