Hi Dwarkesh..i read about case of Banjara Hills in Newspaper. The owner initially applied for construction of cellar for parking, ground plus four upper floors and got permission for the same. But actually he constructed a sub-cellar, cellar, ground, a service floor and five upper floors. Notices were sent prior,,but he did not stop then this demolishing was done.
Hi..I don't have any idea of the project name. The case is that Buildings in Manikonda are given permission to build only ground plus three floors as it comes under panchayat permission. But it was found that some builders have violated the rules and constructed up to five floors by getting permission from the panchayat authorities.
Hi Pranab...can you please elaborate this whole issue..who was the builder,,which project and why they were charged money to pay..?? i recently booked a flat in Manikonda and i am in fear that such things does not happen in my case. I need to immediately check all the papers of the building now
Hi Supratim,,please also check the are Banjara hills in this case. Recently GHMC demolished top floor of building at Banjara Hills. They demolished the floor with the help of local police.
