Hi Manne...the average cost of a apartment having 1000 sqft will in between Rs 57 lakhs to Rs 60 lakhs. What is your budget because i think 2-3 flats are left for sale.

Hello Manne..TVH Park Villa is a completed project ..my friend booked a flat recently.. they are offering two and three bedroom apartments. This project is also approved by CMDA. It is also very Close to the IT Hub of Chennai.
